How much does it cost?

Net Transcripts bills based on the duration of your recording in minutes. Cost varies according to turnaround requested. We also provide a variety of Value-Added Services such as audio/video conversions, bound hard copies, and custom document formatting. Please contact us for pricing details.

Are there any other fees or subscriptions to use your service?

No. There are no set-up fees, no minimum use requirements, no monthly subscription plans -- we don't even require a contract! Net Transcripts' service is available on an as-needed, pay-as-you go basis.

Do I need any special equipment or software?

No. We do not require the use of any special equipment, software or anything else. All that is needed to access our Transcript Management Center is an Internet browser -- it's that easy!

What if I don't need your services very often?

That's fine! Net Transcripts is available to assist with transcription and translation projects on an as-needed, pay-as-you-go basis. Our services are available on-demand, whether that's only once in a blue moon, or every day of the week.

How large of a project can you handle?

Net Transcripts is a scalable operation and can accommodate a variety of large projects simultaneously. If we anticipate any project might take longer than our standard turnaround options, our Account Representatives work with our clients to prioritize files and coordinate a production schedule in advance to ensure client deadlines are being met.

Can you certify a transcript?

Yes. Net Transcripts can certify a transcript upon request. Certified transcripts can be provided electronically as PDF files, or as bound hard copies. Contact us to learn more about transcript certification and the difference between using Net Transcripts and a Certified Court Reporter.

How secure is Net Transcripts?

Our Transcript Management Center utilizes 128-bit SSL Data Encryption to facilitate the secure transfer of files between Net Transcripts and our clients.

All personnel undergo an extensive, National-Level Criminal Background Check, are fingerprinted by local law enforcement, and sign a comprehensive Confidentiality Agreement with Conflict of Interest provisions designed specifically to safeguard the integrity of the work we process.

Do you guarantee accuracy?

Net Transcripts guarantees 98.8% accuracy on all transcripts we process. Accuracy is determined using a combination of factors, including but not limited to an accurate verbatim account of the recording, correct spelling and punctuation, adherence to formatting specifications, proper identification of speakers, and number of unintelligible instances.
