With our Web-Based service, your audio files can be in our hands as quickly, safely and securely as walking them down the hall. It is also much more secure than allowing your recorded media to be physically transferred to another location for processing. With our service, there is no need to make a copy and then have it picked up or delivered, all of which just adds to the risk of loss, damage or interception.

Simply transfer your audio files to any Internet capable PC and send them to us via our password protected Secure Socket Layer (SSL) connection. Your files are authenticated and encrypted, assuring the same message privacy and integrity as a banking transaction.

Your completed transcripts are returned via this same SSL connection. Simply log on using your unique user name and password, and download your completed transcripts for printing, archival storage or integration with most existing law enforcement software systems.

Chain of custody is tracked and preserved with our proprietary database.

All transcripts are processed domestically - Not offshore.
