It is all we do; therefore, we can provide economies of scale not available to individual agencies. Using our service is highly cost efficient and will save you time, money and department resources.

We are willing to spend the extra time necessary in working with poorly recorded audio that other companies refuse. As a result, we produce a product that we believe no other company can match.

You may use us for all of your transcription needs, or a-la-carte as needed. We do not require any contractual agreement and we have no minimum usage requirements.
